Restocking Your Kit

Once you have your First Aid kit it is important to have it restocked on a regular basis.

While most kits have approximately a 2 year shelf life, it is important to stay on top of used, damaged and expired kit items.

Alsco can help you to meet your First Aid requirements and obligations under OH&S Regulations with a choice of restocking service options for First Aid kits and supplies:

Alsco restocking service schedule

Utilising our national network we schedule regular restocking visits to your place of business to ensure your compliance with OH&S regulations.

The restocking schedule is tailored to meet the needs of your business: this may range from quarterly visits for large businesses to six monthly or annual visits for smaller businesses.

Restocking visits include:

• Our representative visiting your place of business on an agreed schedule;
• Cleaning kit containers; examining the integrity of the content; checking the expiry date of pharmaceutical items; replenishing the content to an agreed list, or to meet OH&S regulations and First Aid risk assessment recommendations;
• Removal of waste; and
• Placement of a service label on the kit.

From time to time you may need to order replacement items for your kit as they are used up.
